St. Luke's Rehabilitation offers services for your entire family at our Caldwell location. Our children's services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and counseling. We'll work with your child's primary care physician and other medical providers to determine the best treatment plan for you and your child. Our services for adults are led by a team of physical therapists dedicated to getting you back to work and play after injury, or helping you manage chronic pain.
