Our Business We are a family owned business incorporated in Idaho in August 2005. We strive to continuously improve our processes and tools in order to provide property owners with the best possible service available. We currently manage multiple HOA's and more than 350 residential doors. We have seven full time employees including our own internal maintenance handyman plus a part-time accountant. We have licensed real estate agents on staff and an expert knowledge of both the rental and sales market in southwest Idaho, including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Emmett, Star, Middleton, Nampa and Caldwell. Our policy is to provide honest and dependable services that will exceed our customer's expectations and our growth is attributed to our many satisfied customers referring our services to friends and colleges.
