It's a staff, an office. We're all really nice and easy to work with. However, the cleaning process isn't my favorite. They use a bonnet method which is okay. But I prefer steam, but they were great.

Apparently our job was too small to bother with. A 10 x 10 carpeted closet that needed stretching. Remember, small jobs led to big ones. Took us 30 minutes to fix and $20 to rent a carpet...
