They always have meatballs ready and hot, I get coupons often enough in the mail to keep me going regularly. The line is usually short except during events in downtown.

They are constantly short staffed and not having supplies prepped. I'm no subway expert but this seems like a management issue.

I've been going here for years and now they are training new people which is fine but takes more the 15 minutes to get through half my sandwich because the assistant manager (BB) is sitting here...
