Julie (Director) lost my confidence this year. She doesn't seem to be in touch anymore. She seems angry when she refuses to assign me my requested sitter, and as a boss talks bad about the sitters...

Julie and her crew are excellent. Our cat comes running whenever and whoever comes for her. She rarely does that for us. We would never consider any other company to care for our girlie.
