Its disease management services include case management, housing, nutrition, transportation, health care, counseling, dental care and legal assistance. The center offers various family services, such as family violence, custody evaluations and family counseling. Its mental health services include individual, marital, family and group therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. Additionally, it provides counseling and support services for adults and children about personal or family problems, stress, job and school related difficulties, feelings of loneliness, depression and anxiety. It also offers resources, training sessions and education on mental health and aging topics to seniors.
