History

I started in 1990 in Telecommunications as a Telecom Systems Admin where I wired, installed and programmed Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems and Key System Units (KSU). After about 8 years, I worked in EPGDS as a Scada Field Electrical Technician wiring relay monitoring and control panels before joining the IT staff at a HUD contract in Chicago. As Telecom Network Administrator, I helped design and implement our data network for a Client/Server environment. I was promoted to Network Administrator where I was responsible for logging & managing client trouble tickets, weekly, incremental backups, archive preservation and storage of company data, maintaining Mac & Windows system images, vendor management, and remote office support among other tasks. In January 2011, I started out in business as a sole proprietor doing business as Aphek Technical Services where my complete skillset and experience in computer systems and computer network management are brought to bear.

We fix broken Windows and Mac computers, Small Office and Home Office networks through comprehensive troubleshooting and diagnostics, part replacement, upgrades and updates, malware scan and removal designed to ensure system security and optimal operation.
