usually i love arby's because (no matter what the experience) they are always pleasant, & say "thank you". i went thru the drive-thru. although the employee was pleasant'ish she did not say...

Their prices have gone up and their quality has gone down. Once got a sandwich that had like 1/2 piece of deli meat on it. It was almost all bread. And not even good bread.

Never had a problem with arbys but I am super disgusted with seeing plastic inbetween the meat slices inside the sandwich. I noticed it when I was chewing. Didn't know what it was yet but yuck!!...
