Ordered a roast beef with cheese and halfway through I noticed what appeared to be a rodent hair on the bun. I was truly disgusted. If I could rate a zero I would. Not acceptable.

Ridiculously long wait in drive though. If there is a problem with a particular order they should have that car pull forward and wait. Terrible service.
