There is a reason why this bank has only 1 star at the time I posted this. They are fine with you waiting in line with only 1 teller to service 8 customers. The ATM can't fill all banking...

Worst BoA branch ever, one teller at window and 9 people waiting in line. Manager is crap as well. Would not bank here again.

Horrible customer service at this branch, inattentive staff, long wait lines. Never more then one teller available! No ATM inside, just drive through!

This has to be the SLOWEST bank you can go to. There's always a long line, never anyone available to assist even when I've made an appointment as they mention every time I come in.
