I wouldn't even give one star to this bank. Horrible... worst customer service including tellers & manager. They don't care about their clients, no consideration even in COVID situations.

I had an appointment at 3.30 and I come this time but I waited almost 1 hour! Their manager keep smiling but do nothing, this guys not responsible! I recommend Don't use this location !!!

Horrible service! Reps including manager are very ill informed and untrained, couldn't understand n help w a simple account summary letter. Service is terrible irrespective of the tier whether...

They have more employees than customers but still a lone and very slow service. Their solution was, would you like a lollipop. My answer, no I want to take care of my banking and leave!
