The customer service is awful! I was inquiring about seats and he was beyond rude ! Mike was his name and he just hung up I think it is a scam and I would highly recommend NEVER using them !!

I purchased 2 tix in July for a show at Disney Concert Hall in October. On 9/4/25 the seller had "reclaimed" the tix. Luckily Disney Hall alerted me. I called BO ticket sales & they reversed this...

Just spoke with a customer service rep who was brutally rude. This is not an exaggeration.. You know the drunk guy loitering out on the streets talking belligerent and rude to everyone passing him...
