We're Brass Pig Smoke & Alehouse and we've been a smoked BBQ restaurant here in Bloomington, IL, since 2019. We believe in smoking our locally sourced meats daily and adding a twist to our every day sandwiches, like Italian beef, brisket point burger and our Notorious P.I.G.- A Carolina styled pulled pork sandwich. We started this business when I bought a smoker ten years ago and what started out as a hobby became a passion, add in my enjoyment of great bourbon and the brass pig was born. We're looking forward to adding locations to serve Bloomington and the surrounding areas. We'd like to personally invite you to come in today and try our amazing Cuban egg rolls, flats & drummies, or BBQ nachos. We are open everyday 11am - 12am, Dinner until 9pm, Appetizers until 10am, Drinks until 12am!
