Yes, the service is slow, and the food was questionable. The parking lot was impossible and difficult to maneuver. It smelled like people were smoking inside and I have heath problem with that...

close this down inmediately. food was cold and took long to serve, no drinks available, ambiance feels dirty and the bathrooms are very unsanitary. the workers are also arrogant.

The Burger King on Collins and Cass in Joliet IL, is horrible; their bathrooms are never in service for customers, how do you run a business without working restrooms????
