said they would be to pick up in 20 minutes....called one hour later asking where they were??????? called back another 1/2 hour later said 10 more minutes!!!! if they were not able to do this...

we called the day before fora ride and they said it would be fine and then the day of didn't show up and told us to figure it out. horrible service and very rude.
