We run a Commercial Kitchen facility that is fully Insured, and Licensed by both the State of Illinois and Will County Department of Health. We are offering other food industry businesses the use of our facility to rent kitchen time on an hourly basis, based upon pre-reserved scheduling availability. Our facility is available for Client use, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We can support your on-site storage needs, as well as refrigeration needs. Our facility will allow your existing small business and/or start-up business, to achieve your desired business success by renting time on an as-needed basis, as opposed to establishing your own facility. Overall, renting kitchen time will minimize your business start-up costs and will lower your risk. Our current rate structure is based upon the Clients' total hours worked for the month. The greater the hours worked the lower the rate charged. We are committed to offering the lowest hourly rates in the least complex
