Here we go again. I was a long time customer of Chase in Gurnee but took my funds to Old National Bank. I struggled with Chase over credit card blocks even though I always paid my bills on time....

Under staffed and the bankers here have to be told how to do their jobs. Don't waste your time.

Made appointment at 11:00am on a Friday. Waited for 15 minutes then told the woman I had the appointment with was busy on the phone and some other person would help. Left after waiting again....

Chase Bank froze our accounts and dropped our credit cards with no warning, discussion or explanation. We are contacting a lawyer and filing complaints with the IL Dept. of Professional Regulation...
