Is this place even a golf course? It says it is and opens at 7:30am apparently but every time I have ever been by here, it looks like complete garbage. There's always homeless people hanging out...

DO NOT be fooled by the picture provided, presumably by the golf course. It most likely was taken on the first day the course opened, and is the furthest thing from what that course actually...
