Sent the wrong order and refused to call uber support for help on getting my correct order sent. Customer service was very unhelpful.

Took $6.62 from me because they "couldn't process a refund." My card was partially approved for an $8 drink (that was rung up incorrectly.) Did not get a drink or a refund.
