Picture this; 6:55am on a Friday. I enter my local DD in search of an XLarge black coffee to help jump start my day. I walk in and to my dismay, there's a line of 22 customers. I panic......

Terrible place. Staff do not know what they're doing. Took my order and 10 people behind me got their order first, when coming up to he staff they would completely ignore me. They're food quality...

This has to be the worst DD in history. But ONLY if the owner is there. Not once, not twice, but thrice, yes thrice, did the owner of this establishment gaslight me that black iced tea is clear...

Horrible service and people working there. They are miserable with their lives and take it out on customers. it took 30 minutes to get our correct order. Please go to the next dunkin' donuts
