East St Louis Police Department

The East Saint Louis Police Department works to safeguard the lives and property of residents, businesses and visitors, as well as maintain social law and order. The department also operates Bureau of Investigations division that offers training services in the areas of arson, homicide, criminal sexual assault, fraud and forgery. It is governed by the City of East St. Louis, Ill., which additionally manages fire, purchasing, parks and transportation departments.
