Food is pretty consistent. Tried the Farmhouse sandwich. It's pretty good, especially if you like pepper. You can eat inside again. Prices are reasonable.

The bagels shouldn't still be raw in the middle. We ordered a baker's dozen and many weren't fully baked. Disgusting. Update 4/4 Customer service response.

The ordering process is discombobulated. You don't order and pay at the same time, like Panera, but you order and then when it's ready, you pay. In the meantime, you have to hope and pray...
