Understaffed, and they don't answer the phone. I was told to wait for hours because the staff I want to talk to is "copying documents." They promised to call back, but did not call within business...

I would actually like to give this bank a minus one but the cute, sweet, helpful, patient guy at the desk when you first walk in, is the best and only good thing about this bank. Every single time...
