Federated Bank

Federated Bank, formerly known as the Onarga State Bank, was authorized by the state of Illinois to commerce business on Jan. 30, 1918. In 1983, the Onarga State Bank changed its name to Federated Bank of Onarga. In 1985, the bank purchased the Bank of Chebanse and changed all of its names to Federated Bank. The bank serves customers in Bradley, Chebanse, Loda and Onarga, Ill. It provides customers with a variety of loan products, such as personal loans, automobile loans, recreational loans, consumer real estate, home equity lines of credit, home construction, commercial loans of a number of types, agricultural loans, credit cards for personal and business use and ready reserve services. Federated Bank s main branch has continued to conduct business in the same banking house since its opening in Onarga.
