Fitness Quest

The Four Seasons Association provides social, physical and recreational facilities and services for individual and family members. It is a nonprofit organization owned by many corporations in McLean County. Located in Bloomington, Ill., many ownership partners and sponsors belong to the Four Seasons Association in order to provide their employees with the benefits of fitness and recreation facilities. It is operated by a general manger and a nine-member board of directors, who represent the corporate and private members. The association spans two facilities, an original location along Four Seasons Road and another along Airport Road. The original Four Seasons Association center was built in 1962.

POWER AND FITNESS WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2018. BY COMBINING TWO EXISTING BOXES, OWNER AND COACH BRIAN LAHR DEVELOPED A POWERFUL COMMUNITY. WE OFFER NUMEROUS PROGRAMS TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.BRIAN LAHR, OWNER AND COACHBRIAN IS A USA WEIGHTLIFTING NATIONAL COACH, WORLD CHAMPION POWERLIFTER AND OWNER OF BOTH POWER AND FITNESS AND THE BLOOMINGTON-NORMAL BARBELL CLUB. BRIAN HAS 30 YEARS OF PERSONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE WITH 20 YEARS AS A PERSONAL TRAINER. HE HAS TRAINED UNDER MULTIPLE OLYMPIANS AND WORLD CHAMPIONS AND HAS PARTICIPATED IN TRAINING CAMPS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, INCLUDING THE OLYMPIC TRAINING CENTER IN COLORADO SPRINGS. BRIAN HAS COACHED/TRAINED PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS, RANGING FROM BEGINNERS TO ELITE ATHLETES. HE HAS THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TO HELP ANYONE AT ANY POINT IN THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY.
