Originally started as Family Doctors of Dupage in 1985, this medical practice has been located in the Central Dupage Hospital Stratford South Medical Offices building ever since. Several years ago, the name was changed to Advanced Integrative Healthcare to more accurately describe the holistic nature of the practice before becoming part of the Forum Health network.
