Robert A. Iaffaldano, MD is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with advanced expertise in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions. He serves as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at MetroSouth Medical Center and Premier Vascular, LLC. Trained at Loyola and the University of Chicago, Dr. Iaffaldano performs complex procedures including angioplasty, atherectomy, stenting, and endoluminal grafting for abdominal aortic aneurysms. He is known for delivering advanced, patient-focused cardiovascular care.

Sean Tierney, MD is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist and cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, seeing patients in Merrionette Park, Palos Park, and Mokena. He specializes in heart rhythm management, including pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, biventricular device therapy, and catheter ablations. Trained at Loyola University, where he also served as faculty, Dr. Tierney is Director of the Electrophysiology Lab at MetroSouth Medical Center and is recognized for his expertise in syncope, heart failure, and sudden cardiac death prevention.

Noel Camba, MD is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, serving patients in Berwyn, Joliet, Merrionette Park, and Mokena. Practicing since 1993, he specializes in radial cardiac catheterizations, women’s heart health, pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, and pregnancy-related cardiac care. Trained at Northwestern, Dr. Camba brings advanced expertise in intracardiac imaging and preventive cardiology. Fluent in Spanish, he also speaks French, Portuguese, and more, making his care accessible to a diverse patient community.
