I usually would go to Orland to H&M, but this is my new favorite! The employees are so friendly, the store is clean and I can always find what I need. The mall is kind of empty and dated......

There was alot of hype going into this H&M with Chicago Ridge one recently adding one. Ford City finally added an H&M which is definitely spacious and was aimed to help elevate Ford City Mall....

Update your damn hours and answer ur phones so we don't have to waste our time driving all the way here to only be sent back. Terrible customer service

So mad. They wouldn't let me in at 4:30. I understand the mall closes at 5. But come on!! I really needed to just exchange shoes and that was all. I knew the sizes I needed but security stopped me...

The employees close the store early and won't let you shop. I was very upset so unprofessional
