The company utilizes a completely integrated material requirements planning-based computer application to insure that products are on the customers dock when needed. Along with material requirements planning, the company s system also incorporates a fully integrated electronic data interchange application to speed process times and reduce costly errors. Located in Aledo, Ill., General Grind & Machine occupies more than six buildings with a total of 150,000 square feet of floor space.
