I purchased a Groupon for a medical massage. Every time I call to make an appointment I'm told the therapist isn't back yet and they'll call me me when she is back. The receptionist is rude.

Went in to ask a question and I was laughed at. How insulting and disrespectful! I would never go to or recommend MedCare Rehab for services.
