Astonishingly poor experience. Free shipping promo did not apply correctly. Promised refund for shipping charges never came. Order was marked as shipped with tracking, but no updates for a week....

Slow to no shipping, 12 days out now. My shoe Supplies just informed me that they had a problem with the post office after I contacted them , same advised shipment would be on the way shortly....

Update - package STILL not delivered. I ordered and paid for my product on February 24 and the "tracking" still shows pending release to USPS. DO NOT ORDWR FROM THIS COMPANY.
