Our counselors offer a range of therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, therapeutic play, EMDR, couples counseling, and parenting. We help people deal with depression, anxiety, grief, healing from childhood or adult traumas, relationship issues, ADHD, and behavioral challenges in children, to name a few.
