Outpatient Services: In outpatient clinics, our goal is to improve function, prevent progression of impairments, pain, or disability; and improve quality of life.

Heritage Manor, located in Bloomington, Ill., offers a range of services for the elderly. The organization provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also provides skilled nursing services, such as wound care, tracheotomy care, cardiac rehabilitation, intravenous therapy, isolation care, hospice care and respite care. The institution provides dietary services to meet the needs of each resident. Additionally, it provides housekeeping and laundry services. Heritage Manor also offers a variety of activities to residents. The residents participate in games, listen to visiting speakers or musicians and participate in icecream socials. The facility is certified for more than 100 beds and is Medicare and Medicaid approved.
