Niemerg’s Steakhouse opened September 1, 1978. We are a locally owned, independent restaurant proud to have served over twenty-four million customers over the last 40 years. A proud tradition we have adhered to over the years has been the preparation of more made – from – scratch food items in grandmother’s style than any other restaurant in the area. We make all of our own salads, many of our salad dressings, daily luncheon and dinner specials, and numerous baked goods which would make any grandmother proud.
