I love Pandora and was a lucky girl to get a bracelet for Christmas. I visited the Pandora store today to exchange the bracelet for a different size and look at some extra beads. Lots of beads...

The sales associate that you could tell had been there awhile was rude. The manager was rude. The gal that help me was new but very nice!

This pandora location is just ok. I use to frequent this location a lot because it was closer to home. But the people at this location is also another reason I no longer buy pandora in general....
