Award winning wood fired pizza restaurant with two metro east locations in Edwardsville and O’Fallon Illinois as well as one location in Clayton, Missouri. All of our pizzas are cooked to perfection in a Mugnaini-built, wood-burning oven at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze from our oven leaves a unique mark on all of our pizzas in the form of a signature charred bubble on the crust. We are a family owned restaurant. Stop by to try our wood fired pizzas, weekly pizza specials, wood fired wings, salads, signature appetizers, house made desserts, sandwiches, pastas and more. Menu items changed out seasonally. All items are made with fresh ingredients. We have our own brewery where we brew seasonal and special release beers. We have wine and craft beers, handcrafted cocktails and infused liquors.
