Probably one of the worst petsmart locations I've ever been to. Could also be the area since it's a poorer area but everybody here was incredibly rude.

It was my first time coming here, they didn't have the cat litter brand that I saw on their website. They told me I can order it online and have it shipped there to pick up. It's kind of a hassle....

Manager Sarah was so helpful and kind. She really went above and beyond helping me find my cat's dry food. We need more Sarah's in this world.
