Plymouth Place is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community that is a part of the Council on Health and Human Services Christian of the United Church of Christ. It has a more than 20-acre campus facility that includes a library, a computer lab, woodshop, and hobby and dining rooms. It also has a 85-bed facility health care center that is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Plymouth Place provides dining, weekly housekeeping, linen, transportation, and 24-hour security and emergency call services. The retirement community also provides a range of services that include podiatry, audiology, optometry and psychiatric consultation. Additionally, it arranges various social programs, including themed parties, and wine and cheese socials. Plymouth Place is located in La Grange Park, Ill.

Very dissatisfied with Skilled Nursing 3rd floor. Care and communication is poor. I would not recommend placing a loved one there.

Apartment living at Plymouth Place is great, but the skilled nursing section (Floor 3) is troubled. On the Skilled Nursing floor, his clothes OFTEN went missing. Disappeared never to return....
