This branch location is great. As Tim said, its a very convenient location- no more driving out to Glen Ellyn! The staff who works here are all very friendly. I call them on the phone sometimes...

Was totally taken for a ride by this Bank. They treat your checking account like their personal piggy bank and withdraw whatever they feel like on a monthly basis, term it as 'service fee'. Spoke...

I had a pleasant first visit to PNC Bank in Lombard. Sonia Mendez was excellent. She opened two accounts for me and explained everything about them well.
