VERONICA is the Worst employee at PNC. Rude and disrespectful. Place an order for checks that were never received. Someone could be using my missing checks and I asked for them to be cancelled...

Don't bank at this specific location it is the worse! You can be in like for over an hour if you decide to stay that long! They always only have one bank teller but have like 30 damn useless...

Do not bank at this location. The tellers and personal bankers are poorly trained and the financial information they supply is often incorrect.

Gave a good loan rate, but the long wait times to call in for anyrhing is 30 to 45 minutes. They are crazy to think this is good customer service and will never do business with them again...
