DO NOT use this facility. Their elevators are not trustworthy. In the short time that I used this facility one or the other elevators was not working. To make matters much worse, BOTH elevators...

What good is a storage unit if you can't access it? The Public Storage at 2101 W. Howard is housed in an ancient building so, maybe, bad on me for selecting it but, I expect some basic "basics"....

2101 Howard Street, Evanston, IL. location Kayla and Laquita were super helpful! I called in a panic and they both worked in unison to help resolve all concerns and booking challenges....
