Rakhshanda Neelam, MD | Medical Oncologist

As a Medical Oncologist at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) Outpatient Care Center in Gurnee, Dr. Rakhshanda Neelam feels fortunate to work in a supportive and compassionate environment in which integrative care is more than just a goal but a working philosophy. Located in Lake County, Illinois, our Gurnee facility offers patients in northern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin convenient outpatient access to medical oncology, hematology and infusion services.

Dr. Lori Siegel is a board-certified rheumatologist with fellowship training in rheumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, arthritis, and musculoskeletal and skin disorders. She treats all autoimmune conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and ankylosing spondylitis, offering advanced care such as ultrasound-guided injections and clinical trial referrals. Dr. Siegel values a team-based, patient-centered approach, building strong partnerships to manage complex, often hard-to-diagnose conditions. Formerly chief of rheumatology at Chicago Medical School, she brings decades of academic and clinical expertise to IBJI.
