Riverplex is a medically-based wellness and recreation center. It has more than 200 pieces of fitness and cardio equipment, including treadmills, recumbent bikes, free weights and rowers. The center also offers personal training classes. Riverplex administers C.O.I.C.E.S., which is a youth outreach program. The center offers opportunities for members to participate in a range of recreational exercise classes. It conducts over 150 group classes weekly. Riverplex serves more than 8,000 members.
