Terrible service! We have had them for a couple years. They cant ever manage to get all of our garbage out of the can and they leave garbage at the end of our driveway. It has gotten worse slowly...

I've just started their service the end of December 2021. For a small additional fee, they pick up my trash at my garage door. This is quite helpful.

Shaffer has neglected to pick up garbage several times since we hired them in July. Always an excuse. They do not return calls. Do not hire this company
