Skip-a-Long Child Development Services

Skip-A-Long Child Development Services provides year-round childcare services to infants, toddlers, preschool and school-age children. The company operates four day care campuses in Rock Island and Moline, Ill., and Davenport, Iowa. It also sponsors a network of home providers licensed to serve more than 800 children. Skip-A-Long offers activities and curriculum designed to meet the developmental needs of every age group, after school and summer programs for school-age children and fee assistance through the state of Illinois, the state of Iowa and the United Way. Skip-A-Long Child Development Services began in 1970 as a nonprofit organization licensed to care for 30 children.
