The Smart Museum of Art at the University of Chicago is a site for inquiry and exchange that encourages the examination of complex issues through the lens of art objects and artistic practice. Admission is always free and the Museum is open to everyone. I love this museum. It's wheelchair friendly and has a great collection of art! It's also located on the University of Chicago campus and it's very safe.
