Refuses to close my account which I have never used. Online agent named Tony also refused to assist me.

I understand that accidents happen, however, I do not understand how a piece of nail ended up in my drink. Waist of money.

I've given this location so many chances. But the service at this Starbucks location is extremely slow. And the staff is pretty nonchalant about it.
