Service is not great, but not bad. Food was messy and cold. Chef wasn't even cooking the food, the waiter/waitress was. So I give 2 stars.

I'm here now waiting for the one shake that I ordered. Been sitting in the dining room for 30 minutes waiting for this one shake. This is absolutely ridiculous. Did I say I only ordered one...

I do not recommend this Steak 'n Shake! Slow and paid over $3 for a soda pop that was a kids size drink. My drink had no ice, but I think the ice melted from the long wait. Food was lukewarm warm.
