Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes. For over 85 years, the company's name has been symbolic of its heritage. The word "steak" stood for steakburger. The term "shake" stood for hand-dipped milkshakes. The last 2 times I've ordered for my family, they've forgotten items. Quite annoying with pricing the way it is to pay over so much for food just for them to not check bags

Super clean restaurant friendly staff orders are taken and the food was made fresh the French fries were delicious and the steak burger was made to perfection

Me and my wife went in to the empty restaurant to eat with her service dog and were refused seating and service by the manager. He broke the law and the ADA and asked for her documentation...

Most terrible and most disorganized staff on the planet. I ask for a simple milkshake from here a couple times a week and unfortunately it's the same miserable guy who takes my order and gets it...
