Tasty Cream

Is this place ever open? I stopped by 3 times within 4 weeks after 12 pm on the weekends. It's always closed! Post a note on your door or change your hours on yelp.

This place is not open! There's nothing here, and for rent. This is aggravating to come here and its freaking closed for business.
